i use to take a look to your weblog from time to time, although my english level is not good it's nice to discover all this bands, very rare and unknown for the "masses", at least here in Spain.
I also loves the video review, youtube is a gold mine of nice and antique videoclips.

go on , the new website looks better than the other, congratulations.

I fully agree with Eirik, the 'recommended if you like' bit is quite useful. I also kinda miss the 1-to-5 ratings.

Other than that, this is very nice! Keep up the good work.

I've been reading reviews on your original site for some years now and i think the new site looks great. :) The Video Nostalgia feature is also a nice way to be introduced to bands, although if i had to choose i'd probably say go for more reviews of new stuff.

The only thing i miss is for the "recommended if you like" bit to be a bit more fleshed out. Instead of giving a link to past reviews it would be more helpful just to mention artists whose sound are similar to the album reviewed. The more artists mentioned the better, for any casual reader to decide quickly if the reviewed artist in question holds any interest to their peculiar taste.

For instance, if you review, for instance, the new Holy Ghost! - Hold On ep, you would recommend it for people who like Junior Boys or Zoot Woman. (Yes that's a hidden tip ;p)

Otherwise...good work! Thanks for all the good music i discovered through your site. :)
